Task Management & Completion Flow
Remote and field teams struggle with productivity tools that become unusable under poor connectivity. Most project management apps require constant internet access, causing data loss, sync conflicts, and frustration when teams are offline or on unstable mobile networks.
HAIBYK engineered TaskFlow as an offline-first Android application. Every action — creating tasks, updating status, posting comments, assigning members — is persisted locally via Room database first, then automatically synced to the Supabase cloud backend the moment connectivity is restored. Conflict resolution is handled deterministically at the server layer to ensure zero data loss.

Engineering Result & Impact
TaskFlow enables teams to maintain full project visibility and productivity with zero downtime — whether they are in an office with high-speed internet or in the field with intermittent connectivity. Sync latency on reconnect averages under 800ms for full project state recovery.
